All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. If any information changes, please notify our support team immediately. Providing false information is a violation of these Terms and may result in account closure.
3. Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment Policy

Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To withdraw this bonus, the total deposited amount (principal + bonus) must be wagered 15 times (15x). For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, and wagering a total of ৳3,000 × 15 = ৳45,000 makes the bonus withdrawable.
General Bonus Terms
- Bonus offers must be used within their specified validity period.
- Each bonus offer carries its own wagering requirements.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time — the next one applies only after the current one is completed.
- Not all games can be played with bonus funds — the list of eligible games for a specific bonus will be stated separately.
- If bonus fraud or misuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
- 20coi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
Under the VIP program, members are divided into four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier: up to 0.4% at Bronze, up to 0.8% at Silver, up to 1.1% at Gold, and up to 1.5% at Platinum. Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on regular and sustained activity on the platform.
5. Fair Play and Prohibited Activities
20coi is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. All games are operated through certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which guarantees completely unbiased results. The activities described below are strictly prohibited:
Technical Manipulation
Using bots, automated software, hacking tools, or any other technical means to disrupt the platform or gain an unfair advantage is completely prohibited.
Collusion
Coordinated betting through multiple accounts, colluding with other players, or any attempt to artificially accumulate bonuses is prohibited.
Money Laundering
Any attempt to legitimize illegal funds through 20coi is strictly prohibited and the relevant law enforcement authorities will be notified.
False Information
Providing false or forged identity information at registration, verification, or any other stage is prohibited. This may result in legal action.
If a user engages in any of the prohibited activities described above, 20coi reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account and forfeit all deposits and winnings.
6. Responsible Gaming

Technical Errors

Limitation of Liability
20coi is not liable for any indirect or direct loss suffered by a user as a result of technical issues, third-party service disruptions, or unforeseen events. Our maximum liability will in no circumstances exceed the value of the transaction in question.
10. Account Closure and Termination
An account may be closed by either the user or 20coi. The details of this process are set out below:
Closure at User's Request: A request to close an account can be made at any time via live chat or email ([email protected]). Any available balance (excluding bonuses where wagering requirements have not been met) may be withdrawn before closure.
Closure by 20coi: In the event of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent or suspicious activity, provision of false information, or failure to pass age verification, 20coi may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice. In cases of serious violations, deposits and winnings may be forfeited.
11. Dispute Resolution Process
In the event of any dispute or complaint, please follow the procedure below:

The Bengali version of these Terms shall be considered authoritative for the purposes of interpretation. In the event of any dispute, both parties will first attempt to reach a resolution through discussion.
12. Miscellaneous Provisions
Entire Agreement: These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between you and 20coi. Any previous oral or written understandings are replaced by this agreement.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Assignment: Users may not assign their rights or obligations under this agreement to a third party. 20coi may assign its rights under this agreement with appropriate notice.
Language: The Bengali version of these Terms is authoritative. If a translation exists in any other language, the Bengali version will take precedence in the event of a dispute.
